I have seen many peoples with the same problem. When they start their pc, then the battery icon near the time is not displaying. Today i will give you a simple procedure to recovery the battery icon without any software.

- Press Ctrl-Alt-Del at the same time and click on Start Task Manager or just right click on the task bar ( start button bar) and click on Start Task Manager.
- Click on "Processes" tab and scroll to "explorer.exe" and click "End process".
- Click on "File" then "New Task" and type explorer.exe and click ok(Most of the time the battery icon is problem is fixed upto this step, if not then follow further steps).
- Again open Start Task Manager (Step1) click on "File" then "New Task" and type systray.exe and click ok.
