Meebo services will begin shutting down on July 11. This includes Meebo Messenger, Sharing on Meebo, Meebo Me, and all Meebo mobile applications. But meebo bar will continuse to be live which will continuously get new features and development.
I personally like meebo very much as it is a great platform of social connectivity and at that phase when only very were giving these services. As we know that google has acquired Meebo ( around 100$ approx) but i don't know why they are buying a service to close down.
